I am Lidia Fernanda Nevarez the founder of World Underway LLC, (2015) a family-owned and woman-owned company built on hard work, integrity, and hands-on experience in property maintenance and cleaning services. What empowered me to start this company was seeing a consistent need for reliable, detail-oriented service providers who truly understand the day-to-day demands of property management and maintenance.
With 25 years of experience working directly in the field, I recognized that many properties struggle with vendors who lack consistency, communication, or accountability.
